TASTING NOTES: This blend of Chardonnay, Malvasia Bianca and Muscat Blanc was harvested on the same day and co-fermented (to avoid blending trials) in neutral oak barrels. The native and ambient fermentation combined with 100% neutral oak helps showoff what this odd blend. Delta soils and soft acids makes this one is your perfect lunch wine. Think funky cheese, spicy grilled foods and obviously burritos (tacos were cool last year).
