Location and Farming : Pritchard Vineyard, Amador County. A small, one acre vineyard site west of Plymouth. Vines are vertically head trained, farmed organically without tilling the rows.
Vinification: 50% direct to press as whole cluster fruit, 50% foot tread with up to 8 hours maceration. Fermented in tank, tirage for secondary fermentation. Non- disgorged and no SO2 added.
Alcohol: 13.1% PH : 3.28
