wines with something new to say
Small lots, first. Many of our wines arrive in quantities too small to offer widely. Members get them before anyone else.
A mix for the season. Brighter whites and sparkling in spring and summer, more reds in fall and winter, and always something unexpected: an orange wine, a cider, a forgotten grape.
A Sherry now and then. At least once a year Ian, a Copa Jerez champion, slips in a Sherry or fortified wine and tells you what to eat with it.
The story behind each bottle. A release card with who made each wine, where, how, and what to cook with it.
